Random Access Analyzer is used for easy erythrocyte sedimentation rate analysis. The simple and handy device is a stand-alone instrument with mono-directional LIS interface. It offers a handy performance of 30 min and 60 min reading time equivalent to the 1 h and 2 h of the Westergren method with a throughput of 60 samples per hour. The high quality vacuum glass tubes for blood collection and running tests assures precise sedimentation rate in comparison to the plastic tubes. Cost of tests stunningly equals cost of tubes only and the device is free from any preventive maintenance.
Sample manipulation is avoided thus preventing risk of operator infection and the ESR analysis is simplified to a large extent. Identification errors are avoided with optional barcode reader on the ESR tubes, ensuring positive detection. The device features built-in thermal printer for automatic printing of sedimentation rate and kinetic curve of sedimentation.
