The thickness tester is a high-precision thickness tester using the mechanical contact method, suitable for measuring the thickness of films, sheeting, paper, corrugated paperboard, textiles, non-woven fabrics, solid insulation materials, and more.
Thickness Tester Features:
5-inch color touchscreen with graphical user interface (GUI).
High precision sensors ensure high accuracy and repeatability of the thickness measurement system.
The measuring head can be lifted and lowered automatically.
Customization is available for multiple contact areas and pressures to meet various test conditions.
A standard gauge block is available for fast calibration.
Users can select manual or automatic test modes.
Test results include maximum value, minimum value, average value, and standard deviation, which can be displayed directly.
The instrument is embedded with SAICHENG’s latest operating software, featuring a user-friendly interface, intelligent data processing, strict user management, and secure data storage.
Auto feeding function (optional); feeding space, feeding speed, and measurement points can be set as required to ensure the accuracy of multiple successive points measurement.
Equipped with micro-printer and standard USB interface.
