Intelligent Polarizing Stress Tester

Description

The tester utilizes the principle of polarized light interference to examine the internal stress in glass or the birefringence effect in crystals. Equipped with sensitive color plates and employing the 1/4 wave plate compensation method, the polarizing stress meter can qualitatively or semi-quantitatively measure the optical path difference in glass based on the interference color sequence observed in the polarizing field. Additionally, it can accurately gauge internal stress by considering the wall thickness.
